Passionate About Helping Others
Hi, I am Rochelle Stone. I started my career as a Patient Care Assistant. I wanted to make a difference, so I got into healthcare. I have always been an advocate for patients. I started my career as a Patient Care Assistant and did that for 5 years. I realized I wanted more and could have greater impact by becoming a Respiratory Therapist.
While working I went to school and got my Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care Therapy from Boise State University. While working in the hospital setting it became clear to me that both healthcare professionals and family members who required more training. That made me realized I wanted to bring a positive change. People learn more when they are engaged. I bring energy and personality to each and every training session. I want to make sure my clients walk away with the latest knowledge so that they can serve their patients.

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist. I currently travel to different states to help hospitals that are short staffed and overwhelmed with their patient workload. I am the founder of Rhythm Check. I created this business because I saw a need for education within families and businesses. While working in numerous ICUs during the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve observed a lot of families not being able to help their loved ones appropriately while at home by beginning CPR in a timely manner. During my time with Rhythm check I was able to educate my fellow co-workers and their family members, getting them certified.

For as long as I can remember I've wanted to help people and make a difference in their life and health. While working as a Respiratory Therapist in an ICU and emergency room I was hooked! I am able to help patients from the time they enter the emergency room to the point that they are discharged. Seeing the patient outcomes are always an eyeopener for me. No patient is ever the same and I am always learning something new. When teaching basic life support (BLS) I am always ecstatic to teach such an important life skill. Helping a loved one or a stranger can be a very scary task to do, so it is important to learn proper techniques to ensure the best outcome.
